St. Louis County Sheriff's Office cut its disclosed fixed ALPR locations from ten to four

The sheriff's office's entry on the Minnesota BCA roster of agencies using license plate readers now lists four fixed or stationary locations, down from ten. Still listed: County Road 7 northbound at County Road 101; County Road 4 northbound at County Road 16; County Road 7 southbound at County Road 133; County Road 77 northbound at Lost Lake Road. No longer listed: Midway Road northbound at Seville Road; Lavaque Road southbound at Martin Road; Rice Lake Road northbound at Martin Road; County Road 21 southbound at Wahlsten Road; U.S. Highway 53 southbound at Minnesota Trunk Highway 194; "U.S. Highway 5 southbound at Hobson Lake Road" (as written by the BCA). The roster does not say whether those six devices were taken down or moved, or whether the listing was only edited. The BCA roster covers every ALPR vendor; the sheriff's office's vendor is not confirmed as Flock.
