What helps most
- Which agency or city (e.g. “Wayzata PD”).
- The transparency portal URL, if you have it.
- What changed — went inactive, camera added, new sharing partner, etc.
- When you noticed, and a screenshot if you grabbed one.
Most changes here are caught automatically by monitoring portals, but tips routinely surface things automation misses — especially brand-new portals and policy edits.
