Crow Wing County SO stopped disclosing its fixed ALPR locations on the state roster

On the Minnesota BCA's state roster of agencies that use license plate readers, the Crow Wing County Sheriff's Office replaced its published list of fixed ALPR locations with the statement: "Locations (4) withheld by the sheriff's office under Minnesota Statute 13.824, Subdivision 8 (b)." The ten locations the office had previously published were: State Highway 371 and Oak Drive South in Fort Ripley; State Highway 371 and Ariell Drive in Brainerd; County Road 3 and County Road 49 in Brainerd; County Road 11 and Knotty Pine Road in Pequot Lakes; State Highway 371 and 3rd Street in Jenkins; State Highway 6 and Dahler Avenue in Emily; County Road 12 and County Road 8 in Deerwood; State Highway 169 and County Road 138 in Garrison; 26975 County Road 2 in Garrison; and 35507 County Road 3 in Cross Lake. The new entry cites four withheld locations against ten previously disclosed. Whether the office removed six cameras or is simply reporting differently is not established by the roster.
